Our glues have a six month shelf life from manufacturing date and up to eight weeks once opened. We always recommend adding the date of when you opened it so you always remember when you opened it.

What is the shelf life for glues?All our glues contain the same active ingredient. If a client has experienced a reaction, the likelihood is now they will always be allergic. You could try using Medical Grade Adhesive as this contains less of the active ingredient.
How should I store my glue?We would always recommend to store your glue in a cupboard out of direct sunlight. You could also store your glue in our glue container. Some lash techs do store their glue in a box with rice, as rice absorbs any potential moisture in the air.
Which glue is the fastest?Our fastest drying glue is Super Quantum Adhesive. This takes 0.3-0.5 second drying time.
Recommended humidity: 40-60% Recommended temperature: 68 - 77°F
We would recommend Power Extreme Adhesive. It take around 1-3 seconds drying time, which is ideal for beginners who are still developing their technique.

I need a glue with low fumes, which is best?Quicker drying adhesives may have stronger fumes compared to slower drying glues.
My glue doesn't dry, why?
Your room conditions may be affecting the polymerization process of the adhesive. We would suggest trying to increase the humidity in the room for faster adhesive polymerisation. Alternatively, you can use Super Bonder on the lash strip and on natural lashes to increase the speed of polymerization.
My glue appears clear, is this normal?Every glue should be shaken for at least 1 minute prior use for the ingredients to mix. Ensure you shake the glue each time you open it and refresh your glue drop.
My client had an allergic reaction, can I do their lashes again?
No, because if they develop an allergic reaction once they are more prone to develop it in the future.

WHAT ARE EYELASHES MADE FROM?
All lashes are made from synthetic material so are completely cruelty free and hypoallergenic, they are soft and lovely to work with.
WHAT ARE THE BEST EYELASHES TO BUY?
The best lashes for you will depend a little bit on you preferences and the look you are hoping to achieve, but in quite general terms our best selling classics are: 0.12, 0.15 and 0.18
For Volume sets, our regular individual volume lashes & super easy fanning lashes 0.03, 0.05 and 0.07 are well loved!
Almost all lashes are available in Mixed and Single Lengths trays, so that you can either try out a bit of everything, or get all of the lengths you love best and use the most. We have a few different curls on offer, but the best sellers are C, CC and D curls across all ranges.

DOES ALLOVE LASH TEST ON ANIMALS?
We are cruelty free and do not test products on animals.
IS IT SAFE TO APPLY LASHES TO PREGNANT CLIENTS?
This is something which is down to the individual salon/lash technician/client - but basically it’s a bit of a risk as in the event of an allergic reaction, the client wouldn’t be able to have any medicine to reduce this.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL SHOP?
Unfortunately we do not have a physical shop you could visit, we are an online based company.
